Dana Ammons is a results-oriented sales and marketing executive with over 25 years of experience within the consumer products industry. Adept in market, unit and major account management, he has a proven track record of growing brands and driving meaningful business results, as evidenced by his receipt of P&G's Triple Crown Award. With expertise in start-up leadership, P&L management, CRM, and cross-functional team direction, Dana excels in strategy development and execution. His strong communication skills and charismatic leadership are complemented by a diverse background, making him an excellent choice for help in today's competitive business environments.

As CEO, President, and Board Member of Urban Therapy, an international textured hair care company, he exhibited visionary leadership in a period marked by complex challenges, including declining sales and legacy issues from previous management. He spearheaded the development of robust strategies and plans for the revitalization of the Twisted Sista brand, despite the well-prepared relaunch being halted due to equity shareholders' decision to exit the business.  His tenure was defined by innovative thinking and strategic resilience.

During Dana Ammons' tenure at Procter & Gamble, he distinguished himself through rapid promotions and significant achievements, highlighting his exceptional skills in sales and strategic account management. As a Director of Sales, Dana played a pivotal role in managing and expanding relationships with key accounts, including Target and Sam’s Club. His innovative strategies and leadership directly contributed to achieving the prestigious Triple Crown Award, recognizing his outstanding success in driving top and bottom-line growth along with market share expansion. Dana's time at P&G was marked by his ability to foster strong team dynamics, navigate complex market challenges, and deliver results that exceeded company expectations, setting a high standard for sales excellence and strategic thinking within the consumer goods industry.

Before joining Procter & Gamble, Dana Ammons built a solid foundation in sales and marketing across several leading companies, including S.C. Johnson Wax, Colgate Palmolive, and Pepsi. His career trajectory was characterized by rapid promotions and relocations, underscoring his adaptability and drive for success. At each of these companies, Dana managed large account teams and customers, including Walmart, Kroger, and Costco, showcasing his expertise in strategic account management and his ability to deliver significant sales growth. In addition to his work in sales, Dana held various roles in multicultural marketing, trade marketing, and shopper marketing, demonstrating a broad skill set and a deep understanding of consumer behavior. His early career laid the groundwork for his later achievements at P&G, highlighting his relentless pursuit of excellence and his commitment to driving brand growth and market expansion.
